The third annual SFX Weekender, hosted by SFX magazine, is a festival of fun and activities for SF and fantasy fans.

FantasyCon  2012 - Brighton, UK:  27-30 September 2012

FantasyCon is going back to the seaside - taking place this year at the same Brighton hotel as last year, The Royal Albion.  Fantasy, SF and horror writers and fans gather to mingle, schmooze and drink lots of alcohol.  And hopefully, there'll be another disco.

World Fantasy Con 2013 - Brighton, UK:  31 October - 3 November 2013

A long way away yet, but I couldn't turn down the opportunity to attend the WFC in one of its rare visits to the UK, so I've registered early.  And it's in Brighton to boot.  After the brilliant FantasyCon 2011 in the same location, I couldn't wait to sign up.
